Both English & French, Jayne received a multidisciplinary education in the arts, clothing technology (E.S.I.V/La Fabrique) and fashion management. After completing IFM’s Postgraduate Program in Fashion & Luxury Management in 1988, she embarked on a career combining research and consulting, operational responsibilities and training as well as teaching. Her expertise encompasses Parisian and International fashion in both its’ strategic and operational aspects. She is most interested in the two extreme poles of the fashion spectrum reaching from creative aspects (creative signature/identity & the brand platform) to retail & consumer dimensions.

Since 1991, she has taught in the UK at K.I.A.D, Winchester and Ravensbourne Schools of Art & Design and in France at Studio Berçot, l’Ecole Nationale des Arts Décoratifs where she is also dissertation supervisor and at the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) for the  Fashion Design, MSc Luxury and MBA programs where she teaches Creative Methodology & Strategic Marketing as well as Luxury Selling Ceremonial, 360° Selling Technics, Client Diagnosis & Product Argumentation at the EIML & Modart luxury and fashion business schools. She has recently been invited to teach at the Princess Noura University in Riyad and at the Shanghai Jian Qiao University. 

She founded Jayne Fashion Agency in 2004, offering comprehensive, cross-disciplinary and synergistic services structured around her skills (training, consultancy, mentoring and fashion events such as personal shopping VIP & fashion tours) specializing in strategic areas such as the brand’s creative personality, identity and platform or fashion retail customer relationship management & training. Her clients include Le Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette, Petit Bateau, Jennyfer, Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Gérard Darel, Gap, Esprit, Véro Moda, Bocage, San Marina, Cosmoparis, Comptoir des Cotonniers… 

Her passion also lies in the mentoring of young creative brands including Clinique Vestimentaire, Hoffalt, Sibylle Von Munster, Esther Perbandt, 2 Mai Paris. She is regularly invited to speak at international events. Jayne is a regular fashion expert consultant for APLF leather & accessories fairs in Hong Kong. She is also the Director of the International Creative Fashion Booster Campus – Openmymed Prize – Maison Mode Méditerranée in Marseille.
