California Prop 65 – New Settlement Limits
Under California Proposition 65, businesses are required to provide clear and reasonable warning labels on products known to contain chemicals which cause birth defects, cancer or other reproductive harm.
There have been a number of recent settlements, which have resulted in either reformulation or labelling on an array of products ranging from socks to car mats. Check the table below to see new published limits resulting from these settlements.
